o gr8, juz realised i've swing thru e whole day w/o touching any notes or bks.== spent e whole day watching sum video clips on youtube,caught e movie 'Illusionist' on dvd, which isn't as nice n enstranged as i thot it'ld be, baked cheesecake muffin wif my sis, n dis eggwhite 'spongecake' which was featured in dis taiwan variety show which we caught last nite.
e muffins were not bad,quite a gd try for e 1st time, ^^ tho thot it wasn't cheesy enuf, while e eggwhite spongecake was a lil wierd tho. 0.0 ha, but come to tink of it acty nvr seen or tried anyting lyk tt b4, mayb it's meant to taste tt 'exotic'. =P
realised acty baking's real fun man, can try out diff recipes n cum out wif diff versions. or maybe i juz haf potential in it? heh,k la, shall b more humble here. =P aiming to try out coffee or durian muffins nxt wkend. lol.... gas if i can't make it for A's shall consider opening a bakery online n start my own food 'empire'. haha...
k la, haf to go find a suitable mug to bring to sch tmr for 'bring ur own mug' campaign initiated by e class guys to save e Earth! haha, gas e class's juz filled wif environ protectionists! hope we can manage to spread dis msg to other ppl toO! =) go S51!
